The home support scheme is a tailored service that offers emotional, social and practical support to people living with and affected by HIV.
Our trained volunteers provide high quality and compassionate home care and support to individuals, their families, and caregivers. Our service is provided in people's homes or hospital and is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and can be tailored to meet unique needs.
